Major Accounts Manager
I currently hold the position of Manager of Major Accounts and Carrier Services. My role is two fold. I have the opportunity to work with any and all of our customers in finding the best and most eficient solution for their carrier service needs. I also have the opportunity to work hand in hand with our largest, most strategic accounts- from day to day needs, to managing solutions rollouts and developing and implementing new projects to improve their customer experience and operation eficiencies. I come to RCN with a diverse background, most recently in sales and sales management, but also having experience as a small business owner and social services. My entire career has been about helping people, businesses and situations identify solutions to improve and grow. I have a master’s degree in Counseling and Consultation and am adeptly skilled in assessing situations, creating plans of action and building relationships. I look forward to being able to grow these departments as RCN continues to grow exponentially.
