Northeastern Regional Sales Manager

I currently act as the Northeast Field Sales Manager for RCN Technologies. My primary focus is to drive revenue by providing businesses technological solutions that will decrease downtime and provide the best user/customer experience. My technical career started while working as an Apple Genius providing support, training, and customer service in a high demand environment. During my time at the Apple Store, I attended The University of Tennessee for two years studying Business Management. I went on to pursue my combined passion for business and technology by becoming a Manager at an Information Technology company that specializes in managed IT services. More recently, I served as a Network Engineer to expand my technical knowledge in multiple location business networking, as well as AV project design and management. Throughout my years of experience, I have earned 12 certifications. From this previous experience and my solution driven attitude, I was able to secure my position with RCN Technologies and was provided with the opportunity by opening our Field office in New York, NY
